Facility

Headquartered in Minerva, Ohio, Regal Metal Products comprises two state-of-the-art, vertically integrated facilities that are dedicated to producing high-quality parts quickly and efficiently.

At more than 100,000 square feet, Plant I houses our main offices, manufacturing, shipping, and quality control divisions. In addition to our newly added AIDA servo presses, we’ve invested heavily in our technology infrastructure to ensure we’re well prepared to handle whatever challenge comes our way now and far into the future.

Plant II, located nearby, is a newly additional 23,500 square foot facility where we’ve located our engineering, tooling, prototyping, and die maintenance and design operations. Together, we provide manufacturing and engineering services to fulfill your project’s specific needs.

From the beginning, our team will work closely with you to determine your exact requirements, and will then work with our toolmakers and manufacturing experts to design whatever is required to meet your needs. Our attention to detail and ability to provide turnkey services helps ensure a cost-effective and efficient tool is designed, built and put into production. When production is complete, we adhere to a strict quality control system that is ISO-9001:2015 certified (plant 1).

We know that our team, combined with our state of the art equipment and technology, can be of great value to you. To learn more about our services, or if you’re ready to request a quote, contact us today.
