In need of prototyping services for appliance components? Regal has got you covered! We produce prototypes in limited quantities for research and product development purposes, as well as in larger quantities for production and small volume runs. We can run our standard tooling for progressive stamping, or run the tooling that you provide to your current specifications. Prototyping prior to designing and building production tooling and dies is an excellent way to improve the efficiency of later production runs. You’ll give the tool engineers and builders all the information they need to create a quality product.

Regal’s team specializes in progressive die tooling and stamping operations. Our equipment can perform die stamping operations from 250 to 600 tons, with bed sizes ranging from 36” by 60” to 60” by 168”. We also have a wide range of secondary processes within our facility for surface finishing, as well as close third-party partnerships where we can outsource heat treating, plating, and painting as needed.
