Production / Assembly

Regal Metal Products is made up of two facilities dedicated to producing high-quality metal stamped parts and prototypes both consistently and efficiently. Our larger plant houses the bulk of our production capabilities, with a combined 110,000 square feet of manufacturing, shipping, and quality control space. 

Production

Regal specializes in high-impact production and assembly services. The production side of our facilities houses stamping presses with bed sizes that range from 36” x 60” to 60” x 168”, and apply 250 to 600 tonnage. We also have coil capabilities ranging from .045” to 3.12” thick and up to 24” wide. In addition to our stamping presses, we also have five multi-presses with six-station rotary tables for progressive die stamping and complex projects. 

We are always looking for ways to improve and upgrade our processes as well! Recently, we added three new AIDA 330-ton presses that utilize the latest stamping technology, as well as 2 AIDA hand-fed presses for products that require more hands-on operation. 

Our production equipment includes:

• Presses range in size from 250 to 600 tons
• Minster E-2 Presses with Computerized Electronic Roll Feeders 
• State-of-the-art AIDA Servo Presses from 330 ton to 440 ton
• (2) AIDA hand-fed 120/165-ton presses
• Smart Pacs and Tonnage Monitors-Sesco Straighteners
• Coil capabilities from .045″ to .312″ thick and up to 24″ wide
• (5) Dennison Multi-presses with Six-station Rotary Tables
• Bed sizes range from 36″x60″ to 60″x168″

Assembly

Our team has decades of combined experience in both fabrication and assembly of products. Depending on your project’s needs, we can perform small assembly of the metal parts and prototypes that we fabricate, saving you on time and labor.
