Our engineering team will assist you throughout your project. They work mainly out of our tool-making facility, designing and building custom tooling, jigs, dies, fixtures, and gauges that meet or exceed our customer’s expectations. Together, our goal is to build tooling that is cost-effective and consistent, well-designed and ready for operation.

Regal Metal will also advise on your product design to help avoid excess cost in tooling and production piece price while achieving world-class quality goals. Regal specializes in progressive tooling for die stamping, as well as custom tooling and prototyping. Our engineers can work with you during the prototyping phase to gather all of the information they need to design and develop the products and tooling that your project requires.

We have full prototype and tool design capabilities thanks to the use of SolidWorks, a trusted design software with 3D software tools that help maximize our efficiency and allow us to safely manage and manipulate CAD designs. Thanks to that, and their decades of combined expertise, our engineers design tooling that produces consistent, quality results every time.
