Tooling

Since our founding in 1965, we have been designing and building dies, jigs, fixtures and gauges to produce and inspect parts used by many different industries. Our goal is to build tooling that is easy to maintain and cost-effective, yet produces consistent precision parts. A well-designed and well-built tool is absolutely essential to achieving this goal. This is the reason we expanded our company to have its own tool making facility in our second plant.

Regal has the capability to redesign and remake weldments, castings, forgings and machined parts into a stampings on progressive dies without sacrificing the integrity of the original item. During these types of projects, we work with your product engineers to determine the best course of action. To assist our engineering team and yours, we maintain a large inventory of tool steels and even perform our own in-house heat treating, which helps our turnaround time on new tooling and replacement parts.

Why choose Regal Metal Products?

Regal is a fully integrated manufacturing company that specializes in the production of precision stamped products, from prototypes to the various types of tooling for this manufacturing process. We will work closely with your team with each step of the process, from initial prototypes and designs to building the necessary tooling and providing stampings to meeting your production schedules.

Our top priority is customer satisfaction. To that end, we not only maintain manufacturing equipment, but also quality control equipment and a quality management system that is ISO 9001 certified. We implement quality checks throughout our process to ensure that the final product is delivered to your specification, as well as on time.
